ENTERED WRONG ADDRESS ? IS YOUR BRACELET TOO TIGHT OR TOO LOOSE ? DID YOUR BRACELET ACCIDENTALLY BREAK ?
We understand that these situations happen and so we offer a few solutions . You will be asked to return your old bracelet back to us ( please email us to get our return address ) and once we receive your bracelet , we will fix it and then return it to you new & repaired. Please note
*We do require a $20 Dollars processing /handling fee for all returns ,No exceptions. Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive from the day we ship . For international returns , please allow 11-30 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped . The fees must be sent via PayPal prior to us shipping back to you your bracelet at :

Please let us know via email when the funds have been sent, so we can ship in a timely matter.
We do offer a one time courtesy for one (1) gold pixiu replacement , please simply follow the above instructions for returns .
If you do decide to purchase another bracelet and cannot wait for the old to be fixed , that's not a problem , what we usually do is partially refund you when we receive the old one , and take $20 for the processing/handling fee.
If not, you can go ahead and send us the fee via PayPal at email authenticfengshuibracelet@gmail.com and once received ,we will go ahead and send you your bracelet back when its ready .
Remember to let us know that the processing / handling fee of $10.00 has been made, so that we can ship your new bracelet to you .

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as wood sticks, candles etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. SHIPPING / HANDLING OF $20.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund via Paypal.

We understand that packages can be delayed due to the pandemic , get lost or stolen after your order is placed . If your package is running late , we recommend you give it some time arrive to your destination usually 10-20 business / calendar days . Due to the Pandemic , your package may run later , up to 30+ days which is very common. Please understand that we have no control over your package once it leaves the Usa soil , as it is handled by a different country , which is the Country postal service it is sent to . We will do our best to keep a close eye on your package during the transit time period and send you a tracking number to track your package until it reaches your country , after that , we have no control over your package .
If after 45 calendar / business days ( excluding weekends & holidays ) if there is no news of the package we will file a claim with our postal company .Your refund may take up to 120 days as we deal with third party insurance .
*Just know that in order to file a claim , an insurance must have been purchase prior to shipping , which is an option given at checkout . There are some specific areas such as Nigeria , Italy & Africa destinations that usps/ Usa Postal Service do not insure , and so , you understand that shipping to those countries and some others , is at your own risk and there are no refunds given for lost , stolen and undelivered packages .
